I’ve been doing PE about 2 months now, mostly jelqing. Gains have been disapointing. I wet jelg about 400 strokes/day and I usually get a doughnut effect, how can I prevent it. Thanks.

Back off on the intensity a bit maybe. You shouldn’t be getting the doughnut effect from just jelqing.

Do you do any stretching? You lack of gains may be from overworking the jelqs and not having any type of stretching in your routine. Just a thought.

I usually get it from manually stretching with my foreskin covering my glands. I then squeeze hard behind the glands to maintain a firm grip. The amount of pressure on the skin thereby produces the effect.

Is it possible that you sqeeze certain parts of your skin were intensively and/or do you also stretch ? Check whether the effect might result from stretching. Sometimes the doughnut effect is slightly delayed from the cause. So, first doing stretches might cause it to happen, but it appears while jelqing.

Have a close look on the root cause. Do you exercises with puases in between just to find out were the effect comes from.

What is the donut effect? Is it the redness around the shaft where the fingers once held?
