Hi

What do you recommend to avoid thoughtening the dick with PE? What I do is just “feeling” when it gets difficult to stretch but don’t know if there’s any specific recommendation


Start (07/2018): 7.3" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Now (08/2018): 7.7" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Goal: 8.5" BPEL x 6.5" MSEG

Yes driko, i have experienced this and it is not a good thing and it can take a very long time to decondition from. Im currently on a 5 week decon and it has helped but not completely.

I wouldnt really worry about stretching. I believe the girth workouts are what really causes toughening. For my first 3 months of PE i jelqed very intensley and for periods of 30-60 minutes 5 or 6 times a week. I believe thats what toughened me up….

Dont push the girth workouts too hard and take rest days a 2 on 1 off schedule is good

Oh and use heat all around your workout
