I’m 7” NBP, and I don’t want any more length. I want an inch in girth however. I would like to clamp, but my turkey neck gets in the way, and it’s pretty much impossible for me to clamp at the base. Right now I’m doing 80% or so erect jelqs and uli’s. Any tips on, or any success with, avoiding length gains while maximizing girth gains?

I would suggest you consider pumping.

Use a tube that allows you to expand when under vacuum, but don’t use too much vacuum. around 3hg. The low hg will allow you to pump for a longer period.

But remember that you cannot avoid a bit of length gain as your unit is being pulled in two dimentions.

Also check thepumper’s form and see how others have tried and fared.

Agreed! Keep the vacuum low and do multiple sets of 5-10 minutes. I suggest water pumping for best results. You can do it quite simply with a regular tube and hose.

Fill it with warm water, and no hose…that will shut off the out or in flow. Put your semi to hard dick in there and press it up against your body, the excess water will be pushed out the base.

Now attach the hose and suck out enough water for you to hit about 1/2 inch shorter than your bpel marked on the outside of the tube. Once its at the proper LUV (length under vacuum) disconnect the tube.

Start with about 5 minutes if you have never pumped before. Slowly work up to about 3 sets of 5 minutes, over a couple weeks. Over time of a few weeks slowly work the set time up to about 10 minutes. You need to then see if daily or every other day works best for you.

For some reason it is giving me much better girth expansion than air pumping does. Don’t know why but it works that way.

Why don’t you just use a decent wrap, and pull your balls down as far as possible and wrap quickly holding in place then clamp? As far as I’m concerned nothing beats clamping for girth gains.
