Probably this. I was shocked to see 1/4” of girth gain or more over a 2-3 month period from mostly wearing an ADS 6 hours a day or so along with 50-100 jelqs a day and 10 minute stretch sessions. Most of the long time members would probably say that won’t do much for girth, including myself.
But it it did. This was after a long break, and most of my gains through my PE journey have been length gains.
