How do I focus solely on length gains while avoiding girth gains. All in such a manner that I do not have to stop jelqing. I reckon that much of the newbie length gains come from jelqing as well as from stretching.

What can I do besides jelq at low erection intensity? I really want to avoid girth gains though.


Initial stats; BPEL 8.5 inch, EL 8.3 Inch, EG 6.4 inch. Goal; EL +1 inch, EG: Not a priority. Equal girth along the shaft.

Progress: 5 weeks: BPEL: 8.8 inch. (+7mm) EL: 8.6 inch (+7mm). SL: 8.9 EG: 6.7 averaged out (+4-8mm. Growth though failing to create equal girth along shaft)

I think despite our best efforts at cause and effect, it’s gonna grow how it’s gonna grow. Some people do the newbie routine and gain girth but no length. Some people gain length but no girth. They all did the same routine. So a lot of it is up to your penis and not you. And ultimately it seems like it’s unavoidable to gain both length and girth, it’s just how the penis responds to enlargement. People who train long enough are going to gain in both departments if they gain at all. The whole thing gets bigger. All that said, you’ve got the right plan already: your best bet is to put more focus on the stretching than jelqing, and to jelq at low erection levels. Stay as flaccid as possible while stretching, and as low an erection level that you feel you’re getting an effective jelq.

Only stretch , it can grow only from stretch.

Do a gentle stretch, using too much force don’t make you grow.

Nice and simple :) . just do 10-15 min gentle stretch a day :) .

Probably this. I was shocked to see 1/4” of girth gain or more over a 2-3 month period from mostly wearing an ADS 6 hours a day or so along with 50-100 jelqs a day and 10 minute stretch sessions. Most of the long time members would probably say that won’t do much for girth, including myself.

But it it did. This was after a long break, and most of my gains through my PE journey have been length gains.

Goal: 8" x 5.75", maybe coveted 8 x 6

I have never gone for girth yet gained over an inch.

I could see how that could be a concern for you.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
