Back into PE
Hi guys, just getting back into PE after a few years I’m already conditioned due to jelqs etc so have started off with 3 sets hanging at 20 minutes a set per day @ 6 lbs for a month then up it 1 kilo per month, not really feeling any lig pull after a week. I seem to have gained girth but length stayed the same, I know it’s only been a week but my body reacts very well to PE, let me hear your thoughts guys
