Hi guys after a lot of thought and research I’m ready to start my adventure into PE once more. I tried about 10 yr ago but the information wasn’t as readily available like it is today and I think the info I used was wrong and I didn’t see any gains. So after a lot of thought I’m back on the PE journey, I’ve always been a bit insecure about my penis size which is 6.25 – 61/2 EL depending on EQ and 5” EG. I’ve never really had any complaints off any previous girlfriends or one night stands, but 2 of my ex’s claimed they had ex boyfriends one of whom had a 9” and the other a 10” but told me not to worry as I satisfied them much more than they did, I never believed that. That wasn’t what made me insecure, that was down to a woman in a nightclub who I was trying to pull, she was all into me kissing and everything but when she felt between my legs she wasn’t happy and just walked away, that really pissed me off and I said you heartless bitch just cause I’m not hung like a donkey, all she had to say is that she was no longer interested, and then my insecurity started from there.

As a newbie I’m going to take things really easy as one of the things about PE that scares me is causing a permanent injury or something. So after my research this is my plan of attack –

5-10 min warm up hot wrap before and after work out along with penis massage.

Start off with no more than 50-60 jelqs as advised on J123’s thread for first 2 weeks adding more as I progress.

5 sets of 20 1 second kegels throughout the day, build them up as I get used to them

After doing that for 2 weeks I’ll start using a bathmate pump 4 times per week for 15 mins, and build up to manual pump with pressure gauge in time.

As I could never really get away with manual stretches in the past will it be ok to use a traction device instead, once my penis is more developed?

You don’t need to be insecure about your size because you’re above average, I would kill for 6.25 length. You should try doing longer holds (kegels) like 5 secs or more. And if you are going for length I would not skip manual stretches.

Thx goin4length I’ll follow your advice on the 5 second kegels, I’m just going to be really careful until I know what I’m doing, I really want more girth than length but I’ll take any gains I can get.

I can’t remember the last time I had morning wood, but before my last relationship broke down my ex said I had nighttime and morning erection quite a lot, is it still ok to start my PE journey, and could that help me get my morning wood back.
