Yoo, I started doing PE again after stopping for 3 years
The routine I did in the past was the newbie routine and I did that for almost 3 months and I gained 0.4 inches in length doing so.
But I guess its time to get back it again!
I am doing the newbie routine again which consists of :
5 minutes hot cloth warm up.
5 minutes of basic stretching for 30 seconds in each direction.
5 minutes of basic jelqing, and 5 minutes of the hot cloth again,
Since its been a long time since I did PE. Is there anything I should keep in mind?
Also I have a couple of questions
1- is not masturbating or having sex during routines would give me better results? Does going on a “NOFAP” streak help at all?
2- can I edge on my days off to get the blood into the penis so it’d heel better rest days?
3-and what about the Angion methods?
Can I do them as a newbie or should I start doing them after I’m done with the newbie routine?
