How exactly is it done ?? As the sites that describe don’t go into very much detail or are hard to understand

I have just been reading ‘Exposing Dr.lin’ by westla90069 it was a very good read and made shore I never take on board what he says.

But apart from all the pills and hormone mumbo jumbo, does ballooning have an effect on penis size? ( All be it over a long period of time)

I have tried this on several occasions and found I could engorge the penis to the point of feeling I could fill no more it felt so big. So can this alone be serious form of enlarging the penis?? The theory sound as if it could
