Try 2 slightly more intense days (maybe keep the Linear newbie as is but increase the pumping to 15 minutes), followed by a rest day, followed by 2 lighter days of Linear Newbie + 5 mins pumping, followed by 2 consecutive rest days.

Hmmm. A bit scared about 2 consecutives ON days, don’t want to end up overtrained again. Not sure If my body can heal up entirely in 24 hours.

Damn, routine schedule planing is the only that gives me head-aches since the beginning, so hard to plan this up.

Who said that PE is “HARD WORK” deserves a Nobel.

Listen, I had the best results, when I did 4 days on 3 off but with a little twist. On off days I did some dry jelqing in the shower. About 20 reps slow ones.

My main routine though was Monday Wednesday Friday. Worked well.

Every third week I was doing the first.

5 on 2 off gave me 3 injuries.

I don’t have time to read enough on here but I was going to make some monumentally stupid mistake.. Very lucky, I had have a will to read this thread before I start for real.

Sir, how do I get rid of a ‘toughened’ dick… I took a very long break from pe and I have a feeling that my peepee is now toughened up… Need help

If you’ve taken a long break it should have allowed your penis to do the opposite of toughening up. It’s essential to start again slowly after a long break or it will toughen up again fairly quickly because of ‘tissue memory’.
The best advice if you feel your penis is tough is to have a fairly long (10 minutes) warm up using something like a microwaveable gel pack before you start.

I’d see a doctor about the sperm leakage.

Long Break, rapid gains

So, I’m going to start on the beginning, I did PE in 2015 but I was a fucking dumb and injuries myself this was a very dark moment, I did not take a decent erection in 2 weeks, but fine, after 3 years I knew a guy, in 2018, and he sold me a guide and this guide give me a base and the source of information for this guide, Thunder’s Place, after 45 days, + 1.5 cm, and at the end of my routine + 2.5 cm, 3 months. But this moment of my life I had 2 things 1. my startup, and a 2.sickness (mumps). So PE on my routine took more than 4 hours on this moment and Time in this period of my life was very precious and after came to healthy, I decided to take a long break 5 months, eventually, some shits happened in my life and my startup is not my startup, you need always make contracts, but fine after 5 months I saw, ok I have time and why not ? I started with a hard routine and after 3 weeks I gained 0.5 cm and SHIT my gains stagnated, length not girth. My routine is this

10 minutes of heat

10 minutes of stretch

again 10 minutes of heat

100 dry jelqs with the right hand

again 10 minutes of heat

100 dry jelqs with the left hand

again 10 minutes of heat

100 dry jelqs inverted footprint with the right hand

again 10 minutes of heat

100 dry jelqs inverted footprint with the left hand

again 10 minutes of heat

200 normal wet jelqs

200 inverted footprint wet jelqs

this takes 4 to 6-hours per day, I gained almost 1 cm in girth but the length still the same. what I can do? more heat, more jelqs?

I pretend 3 months of work because I have my own business, new for now, and this takes time, what you think?
ps: I always change my routine, weekly, usually more jelqs. My routine on the beginning was not this. this week, dry jelq 110, wet jelq 220… the time is 6 second from the base to the head, in the first month was 3 seconds, I’m in the 2nd week of the second month.
