Hey,

Just purchased a Bathmate and have used it twice. The first time I did 5 mins full vacuum from flaccid. Took a while to get it right but after a few attempts I got it to create a good seal. This felt pretty good, afterwards I noticed the tip of my penis was much more sensitive, touching it was unpleasant (I’m cut)

The second time was 2 days after, I pumped to full vacuum and OUCH! Quickly released the pressure. My tip sensitivity made it very painful. So I went with maybe 30% vacuum, I could just about manage this for 5 mins.

So I am wondering should I do it again in 2 days? Or should I let the tip heal up a bit before pumping again? I know I need to ease in to this slowly but that’s ok I have plenty of patience.

I think you should get a real pumping set up with a gauge. It’s the best way to pump for gains without experiencing what you have so far.

That said, what routine did you use to get conditioned for pumping?

Well after forking out cash for the BM I want to get that to work for me ideally haha. I’ve tried air pumping and I get really bad fluid buildup, to the point where after a week I now have permanent marks on the tip of my penis. Not very noticeable, but there.

Well I’ve done a bit of everything in the past, but recently (the last year) nothing. That’s why I figured I’d go in to it slowly. But clearly I haven’t started slowly enough.

Simply stated you need a unit with a gauge. Good luck.

Well I did it again last night, 5 minutes full vacuum. No problems!

So I think I should be ok, seems like I am going to get used to it. Every other day for a couple of weeks at 5 mins. Then ill up the time and the frequency. Eventually end up with the advanced BM stuff.
