Hi geezers! Just thought I’d pipe in with my recent experiences! I’ve just returned to PE after a gap of about 3 or 4 years. Obviously I started with a newbie routine involving manual stretching and jelqing but my past jelqing experience has meant I’ve been applying my previous jelqing skills to my unconditioned member! My old technique included kegeling fresh blood into the penis at the start of each stroke. Only now do I realise how effective this technique was as I can’t get past 5 minutes without blood spots appearing mid-shaft! I’m completely warmed up before I start but obviously I need to recondition my unit. It’s a good job I have the experience to stop before I go too far else I could be really over-training. As it is I’ve had many positive PIs so far so I’m not too worried.

Really I just wanted to warn people returning to PE that because they have their technique down there is a real possibility of over-training at first so BE CAREFUL!

PS. I’ve been doing some yoga practice over the last year which involves holding the BC/PC muscles for long durations. I think this has given my kegels an extra kick!

I’m with you there. I think for those of us returning to the PE scene, we need to be careful not to over do it. As impatient as we all are, when you’re given obvious signs that you are getting close to over-training, back off a bit.

Care to explain how you incorporate yoga into your PE routine? I am very interested in mind and body exercise.

My experience with breaks in PE is that it usually takes about a week of continuous conditioning a.k.a. lighter PE before my dick gets used to being PE handled again. At the first PE session I get red spots very easily but then after a few days I rarely get any. It’s interesting how the body adapts.

And you probably have "penis size" memory. So you get faster adaptation and gain previous losses faster than the first time around. Kinda like "muscle memory"? It’s the same with drug tolerance.
