Be careful when returning to PE
Hi geezers! Just thought I’d pipe in with my recent experiences! I’ve just returned to PE after a gap of about 3 or 4 years. Obviously I started with a newbie routine involving manual stretching and jelqing but my past jelqing experience has meant I’ve been applying my previous jelqing skills to my unconditioned member! My old technique included kegeling fresh blood into the penis at the start of each stroke. Only now do I realise how effective this technique was as I can’t get past 5 minutes without blood spots appearing mid-shaft! I’m completely warmed up before I start but obviously I need to recondition my unit. It’s a good job I have the experience to stop before I go too far else I could be really over-training. As it is I’ve had many positive PIs so far so I’m not too worried.
Really I just wanted to warn people returning to PE that because they have their technique down there is a real possibility of over-training at first so BE CAREFUL!
PS. I’ve been doing some yoga practice over the last year which involves holding the BC/PC muscles for long durations. I think this has given my kegels an extra kick!
