Ya man, I definitely don’t “need” more, I never started PE because of self confidence issues about my dick, I started for the fun of it. I just wanna grow it however big I can, or until its just almost too big (in my opinion 9x6.5). But I haven’t been able to grow girth at all yet (aside from increase erection quality).
I used the bathmate for about 5 months, usually just a 3x 10mins session with the strongest vacuum, and then switched to 2x 15mins session on low vacuum, after I read people saying how low vacuum for long sets works better. I’d also do sets of super squash jelqs inbetween. I didn’t gain anything in girth, but noticed a bit increase in length, most likely because of the vacuum stretching my dick at max vacuums. I later read from different sources that pumping usually doesn’t work.
Then I switched to cable clamping for about 6 months, noticed increase in erection quality, but no gains. I saw a guy on the PE subreddit (which is the PE forum I primarily go to), use the squeeze method of clamping (pushing the clamp forward while clamped to push blood, focus it to the front of the shaft, creating more expantion), he gained an inch in 3 months with this method. I tried it out and saw increase in girth the following days, different from fluid retention as it was not as squishy, and more vascular, but then the girth went away after a rest day. Eventually I decide to push harder doing the squeeze, and noticed blood coming out of my urethra, yet no pain, no loss of erection quality, etc. Regardless I stopped for a week. I started just regular clamping again, but the clamp broke at the end of my set, trapping me inside. I eventually took it off and abandoned the clamp. Took a month off.
Thats when I started soft clamping for about a month (still continuing), a method created by a guy on the subreddit, basically clamping with silicone toe shields, they provide a more uniform clamp, and you can increase clamp by adding more toe shields.
