been reading a lot... is 10-12 minutes of stretching really enough?
I’ve been doing manual stretches 10-12 minutes a day, but i’ve read in a topic that one CAN stretch as much as he wants, and that it would have potentially positive after-effects. Then, i read about the senior members using extenders or other devices for 10-18 hours at a time. That just makes my 10-12 minutes look absolutely ineffective.
According to gerrykjohnson(?), low-intensity static stretching over a LONG period of time is the key to gaining length… then isn’t 10-12 minutes pretty much nothing?
