BEGINNER help
Hi guys, I just restarted my PE journey, this time I want to stick with it for 1 year at least and not quit in 2 weeks like before.
Erect length 6 inch, erect base girth 5.5 inch mid girth 5.25 ish. Goal 7 inch length, 6 inch base girth, 5.5 inch mid girth.
I have 2 different routines which I perform in de days after each-other ( 2 on 1 off)
My routine:
1st day
Warm-up 5-8 minutes with a rice sock.
Stretch in all four directions for 35 seconds each stretch, repeat for a total of four times goes up in 5 sec each week, helicopter in between sets and slap my penis against my leg
Finish with dry jelqs, 55 currently goes up 5 each week I have difficulty performing wet jelqs unfortunately
2ND day
Warm-up 5-8 minutes with a rice sock.
Side to side stretch for time, currently on 6min 30 sec total, increasing it with 8 seconds ( 2 full side to side) every workout.
Is it okay to switch up the workout or would it be better to just stick with one for now. I kinda like the first workout the most.
