Beginner to hanging, help!

I’ve just purchased monkeybar’s VacADS hanger and I’m having some issues.

Are there any uncut hangers who vac hang who could inform me of how they hang and deal with the foreskin?

When I try to use the hanger, the foreskin is simply sucked into the cap. Also I’m experiences discomfort with where the foreskin attaches to the glans, this happens when I try to pull the skin all the way back.

I think I figured out a good solution until I begin hanging heavy weight. I simply bought some post surgery wrap/gauze and used that to tape back the foreskin. Let the hanging begin!!

I am very interested in your thread. As an uncut guy I find hanging nearly impossible, at least for longer periods.

Never tried vac hanging, but I have the same problem with my foreskin. I have a hanger that I made, and it works fine on lower weight but a bit more weight starts to really hurt.

Wrapping makes a big difference when done correctly. Are you using theraband?

AH HA! I figured it out! At least for the lower weight.

Before when I would create the vacuum, some foreskin would slip around the OUTER edge of the cap, then the sleeve would smash and pinch the skin against the cup creating a good deal of pain. To fix this I simply hold the skin back at the base, “ok grip” the bottom of the cap so no skin can get sucked on the outer edge of the cap, and pull to create the vacuum until its sufficient. Problem solved!

WOW this is 1000% more comfortable than before, no discomfort whatsoever.

Are you pulling all the foreskin back behind the head?
