Beginner Please Help Me

Hi everybody. I’m new here and id like to receive some tips and pieces of advices. I did PE for a period of time but I did not got a results I think that is because I did it and stopped for several times. But now I live alone so I have more privacy.

My measures:
Erect Length:6.771
Erect Girth:5.118
Flaccid Length:3.938
Flaccid girth:4.724

My Routine: 2ON 1OFF
10 minutes Warm Up with hot water (a glass full of hot water for 5 minutes doing it 2 times)
30 seconds stretch 6 times for out and up
30 seconds stretch 3 times for down, left and right
10 minutes of Dry Jelq
10 minutes Warm Up with hot water (a glass full of hot water for 5 minutes doing it 2 times)

Additional:
I workout so after PE I take some supplements with lot protein (with L-Arginine, L-Lysine aong others)
My diet is controlled so I don’t take a lot of fat, just the amount to help me at gym.
I’m a normal guy weighting 147lbs.

I’ve been sick for some time so I stop to do PE so I beggining again. This time I’m living alone so I’ll be more disciplined.

MY OBJECTIVES: 8 inches of erect length
6 inches of erect girth

I’d like to know how long will it take to me to get my objective? And if you can help me evaluate my routine please. If you got any tips I’m here for them.

The only tips that really matter when it comes to routines is to closely monitor PIs and EQ. If you’re getting negative PIs and decreased EQ you should back off on intensity or number of reps. If your PIs are positive and your EQ is through the roof and you’re seeing gains, stay right where you are. Don’t increase intensity or number of reps assuming this will increase your gains. Most likely it won’t and it will end up bringing EQ and PIs down.

As for the time period to get to your goal, everyone’s different and there’s no telling how your penis will react to PE. Just keep plugging away and you’ll get to 8x6 eventually.

Juiice Thanks a lot. For today my PI are getting hard all the day and my penis head is all red it looks thicker. I’m going to see the PI during this first week I’m writting a report, if people don’t mind and if I see results I post it here, just if people want.

PS: I’m using Bib’s LOT theory stretching more to out and up.

Make sure there isn’t any red dots on your glans accompanying the redness. If so cut back on your routine.

Also I’m not sure of Bib’s LOT theory is still widely used any more. I’ve read of vets saying it doesn’t actually have any effect.

You don’t need to follow the LoT theory so I would even out your stretches. As for length of time it could be 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years. We are all different so focus on consistency, technique, and a good mindset and you will reach your goal.

Thanks. Would you say me what are the theories that are being used nowadays?

My PI are the bigger size and getting hard all time(I’m having trouble with it, I need to control all time I got hard and necessity of jerk so I have to control)

Do jerk off interfere at the results? I read I can just jerk ¨hours after or before the train, but I use the 8 hours window

Do you have made an intentional choice for dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs?
Because, as far as I know, they tend to be a bit more intense, especially to the skin.

And no, masturbation does probably not affect your gains as long as you keep a certain time frame especially before and a little less important after your training.
I think 6 hours before and 3 hours after are good for my dick, but that might be individual.
The community here is a bit split up between no-fap and still-fap, but there is no real “hard fact” evidence as far as I have read.
But the discussions can be lengthy around that subject.

I used to do WET but unfortunately it was messy and I got irritation at my dick, so I wait to heal and begun to do DRY.

My unique problem right now is the BONER FRENZY. Any advise?

Nope. If dry jelqs are more intense on the skin, you have not got how to perform them. You are right on the other points, though. :)

Who am I to contradict you :-)

What I meant is “tend to be”, not “are” more intense. The reason is simple: I guess some people do their dry jelqs too “long” in travel distance of the jelqing hand. By this, there will be more friction on the skin and it potentially is more irritating.

But you are absolutely right, a short dry jelq executed within the elasticity bounds of the skin should not irritate at all.

It takes many months to see results for some guys. And wet is better for jelqing to start out.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Master the jelq, apply heat frequently and listen to your penis.

The last one is probably hardest (Beyond needing a massive penis); you may gain a lot or none at all, you may plateau quickly or gain gradually throughout. But knowing what and when it works takes time.

And the last bit yeah, time.
