Beginners Routine JAI stretches?
Hey all,
I am about 3 weeks into my PE journey! I have been doing the Newbie routine for the past 3 weeks. 2 days on 1 day off. I have worked myself up to about 8 min of stretches (4 min BTC, 4 min manual stretches), and about 15 min of wet jelqing. I had two quick questions. 1) do most people do a combo of BTC and manual stretches as they work them selves up to the 10 min of stretches (like 5 min BTC, 5 min manual stretches). Or do you alternate between 1 day BTC 1 day manual stretches. 2) has anyone incorporated JAI stretches into your newbie routine? They seem pretty easy to do, and I was thinking to add it in (maybe even on the off days?)
On another note I have also been doing foreskin stretches every day (I have a super tight circumcision CI-0 with absolutely no skin movement) since my circumcision I lost at least a 0.5 inches in EL so I am trying to get that back as well. I think I can safely do these foreskin stretches daily. I hope.
Any other recommendations as I continue to expand my routine? I don’t want to go too fast, but would welcome feedback.
