Beginning Manual PE After Phallosan
Hi all,
This is my first post on the forum. I have read a few random threads however have made sure to read through the Quickstart Guide and Newbie Routine before posing my question. Before I continue, I’d like to thank each and every contributor to this forum as well as the maintainers. This is an excellent free resource to all of us.
*My question is essentially whether the newbie routine is the best starting point for me even though I have done 6 months of stretching with the Phallosan Forte device.*
After using the Phallosan, I feel that a few minutes of manual stretching isn’t going to be very effective for me since it is basically what the Phallosan did for me, and here I’d be doing it for a fraction of the time, that is I wonder whether I have exhausted gains from this method. I do however see some value in heat wraps, jelqing and kegels. Further, I’d appreciate if anyone could recommend some non-basic stretches that may help achieve something for me that the Phallosan doesn’t help with - such as JAI stretches or V stretches.
For anyone’s interest, the Phallosan definitely had a measurable result for me. I started at around 5.5” BPEL and ended a little over 6.5” BPEL. This comes out to a gain of 1”, however I’m not very confident of my measuring methods when I first started so I can say that my gain was anywhere between 0.5” and 1” which is significant either way. The Phallosan is not as easy to use as they would have you believe. It is certainly hard work figuring out how to make the device comfortable for your specific ‘dimensions’. But that is certainly a story for another discussion and if anybody is interested I am happy to elaborate on my experience in a separate thread. Overall I do not regret my use of the Phallosan.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
