I started my routine 3 weeks ago with the newbie routine. But nowdays I am getting frustrated with PE.

It is not because of lack of gain, but because I am uncircumcised >

1) I am uncircumcised as a result I am not able to do my jelq properly. During my first 2 weeks it was going alright but now I

Have to press the skin and then Jelq which increases my Jelqing time to double. I barely able to do 100 jelq with that speed.

Please give me any suggestion on jelqing which can be done fluently.

2) My LOT lies between 7-8 and thus I started to do inverted V-stretch to target my Tunica but being uncircumcised it is also very difficult to do.

Whenever I pull, skin tends to move finally I end up losing my grip. Please tell me where to grab while stretching and with what force.

Please your every suggestion is going to motivate me.

Use lots and lots of lube so that you don’t have to pull back the skin every jelq, if thats what you mean.

Pressure to the penis is what jelqing is all about, so that is not an option I think.

For my stretching I make sure my penis is clean and dry. I grab just under the glans after pulling it taught. If my grip starts slipping I will use a latex glove ( I have a box) or a piece of tissue. Powder also works well.

I always did dry jelqing without any problem at all, your grip (ok sign) holds skin firmly at the base, you run it along the shaft up to where the glans begins. Of course, I´m uncut as you are.

My jelqing was so fluent I figure I did 7 strokes in 5 seconds!

Loyal do you know what dry jelqing is? It’s the perfect exercise for uncut pe’ers in which you use your skin as lube. Switch the hand you use every 50 jelqs. My strokes usually take 1 second but if I would want to I could do it a lot faster. It doesn’t get more fluent than that. Perhaps you should check out the dry jelq video.

For stretching pull your foreskin back and apply your grip like 2cm below your glans. The only thing which could happen is your grip slipping.

I’m Uncircumcised and I’ve been jelqing, stretching and V-stretching for about 2 weeks, but when I started I had a bit of trouble griping. Even as piet says, grip 2 Cm’s below your glands, the skin will just move so easily so most the pressure is on the rim of my glands.

I would say you just require a bit more practice.

Would it be an option to put two sets of videos in that section, one for uncircumcised people one for circumcised?

Nothing wrong with being uncircumcised for PE. You just need to concentrate on your technique. For example, it’s not the speed of the jelq that matters. You have to make it forceful and increase the internal pressures, but at the same time, keep within safe limits. I bet you’re the kind of guy who goes to the gym and throws weights around at the speed of light also, huh?

Well, I’m circumcised, but it seems to me that my own foreskin (what little I have) acts as it’s own “lubricant”, if you will, for dry jelqing. It would seem to me that having more foreskin would make it even easier to dry jelq. So I would recommend switching over to dry jelqing for you.

Let me say that I’m currently engaged in research to figure out if continuous penile engorgement (as in a sustained ULI3 or Horse 440) is the most effective way to gain thickness rather than jelqing or any other exercise.

If you read my post about PE growth and recovery, you’ll see what I’m referring to. But basically it goes, if penile lengthening is the result of hypertrophy (a long term sustained unnatural positioning or pressure upon the body’s appendages which the body then adapts to and grows around), then wouldn’t a stretching device worn as long as possible be the most effective method for lengthening and wouldn’t maintaining the penis as over-filled and engorged with blood for as long as possible be the most effective method of expanding the thickness/diameter of the penis?

If these things turn out to be true, then jelqing’s importance could be neutralized and overshadowed by let’s say wrapping the penis or ULIs or Horse 440s for girth enhancement. The jury is still out, though I have my leanings..

Thank you everyone for your responses. But I am a little confused about dry jelq, how it is performed and at what erection level.

Currently I a do an exercise which I think is very closely related to Dry Jelq.

I get a full erection after that I Form a ring with my thumb and index finger and then grab my base. I kegel and after when the penis is absolutely filled with blood,

I squeeze and then move my hands up for an inch or so. My penis gets engorged with blood while doing this. Is this similar to Jelq. I have gained some girth doing this exercise alone.

Please give me a clear idea.
