What are the positive things with taking small breaks, I have been taking a 9 day break, I’m starting up again today.
I think maybe the most positive thing is that the penis will get enough time to completely heal.
Are there any other benefits with taking a break?
Penis grows on the rest days.
Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH
Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)
Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
9 days IMO is too much for a routine. 3 days maximum is sufficient.
3 days isn’t enough IF you have an injury :)
