Best Equipment to purchase

So I originally wanted to try and do everything manually. But I think I want to get some equipment. Could the guys that have tried a lot of stuff over time give me some advice on what worked good for them? I would like to get some length but really want girth the most. Is the bathmate good or some kind of stretcher? Also want something that is going to be the safest. Also how important is the Jelqing if you use other equipment. Also how much kegels is everyone doing? I’m trying to do a lot of reading without asking too many questions. Thanks

Jelqing is the foundation to any solid routine. Instead of a bath mate. Get a traditional cylinder and a pump with a gauge. The gauge allows for safer and repeatable results.

Try the manual routines firsts as they help condition you and many experience growth.

As Titleist said Jelqing is unbeatable.
In my case air pump was not good. Bathmate is doing miracles to me.
By combining Jelq and BM you will have the best results in girth and some ppl also have length gains with them.
The kegels is a matter of individial. If you have a loose pelvic floor then kegels are a must.
But if you have a tight PF then kegels should be avoided at all cost.

My opinion:
I’ve tried lots of ADS extenders and they’re all pretty uncomfortable, except for silicone sleeve types, like an AutoXleeve or LG Hanger ADS. But they all can work, I suppose.

For pumps, I have a Bathmate HydroXtreme and an air pump with a gauge and VelSeal Cylinder. I like both, but the gauge is really nice to monitor the pressure because I was overdoing it in the Bathmate. Also, if you want to “pack the tube” you might want to check the dimensions.

I’ve never tried a bathmate, I have used a novena candle glass though which does essentially the same thing except when you drop it.

I don’t do jelqing or clamping anymore, after a decade my penis hasn’t fully recovered sensitivity, erection stretch, or coloration. Light pumping and light hanging is the way to go I think.

I’ve never gotten results from an extender.

Hanging is good at a low weight, I use a .5 lb. hanger. There are many designs made from odds and ends you can probably find in your garage.

Kegels are good, I do kegels while pumping.

PE takes time. More PE exercises are not necessarily better. Newbie gains come easily, then you have to start paying close attention to what works and what doesn’t to sustain growth. 1 inch of length a year post-newb gains is excellent progress.

Shopping list:

Aquarium pump that can be modified to vacuum air, 5-7 inHg for 20 minutes every other day is the best parameters I’ve found so far. Static vacuum seems to be better than dynamic vacuum so far so an aquarium pump is better than a dynamic pump based on what I’ve learned.

A leluv cylinder, best quality for the price I know of (12” of course, and if only buying one pick the one that matches your goal measurements for girth).

Fittings and tubing to connect these.

An inline pressure gauge.

Some bulk glycerin for lube, which must be diluted (my personal preference because I like cleaning the tubes easily).

Ok thanks. As far as pumping do you just do it for 5 minute sets? And as far as packing the tube is that a good thing to do? I’m guess that means tube that is close to the girth I am?

And yes, packing means that you’re touching the cylinder walls, and can be achieved with a smaller diameter cylinder (close to erect diameter). There are threads where length gains are attributed to packing.
