I’ve been doing PE fairly consistently for a few months now with not much in the results department.

Right now I do warmup, 20 mins of stretching, 15 mins squeezing, 30 min jelqing, and sometimes i throw in 5-15 mins of various other exercises and warm towel again. I’m doing these about 4 days a week but I haven’t had good results at all.

Can someone please tell me which exercises are known to work really well and any good adjustment to my routine that could also be beneficial. I’m looking for both girth and length.

You’ve been at it for a while now, and I can’t fault what you say you’ve been doing. What lube are you using for jelquing ?

Does your dick look “pumped” and bigger after a PE session…..and indeed have you measured, and what results did you get?

Have you ever had red blood spots after your PE?? I guess I’m wondering if maybe you might need to “ratchet up” the intensity…..carefully of course….. “a bit”…..but not “a lot”.

Ifyou haven’t had a couple of red spots by now, (IMHO only), maybe it’s time you did have just a few every now and then!!!!

P9, I got some questions about your answer.

A) Does the lube when jelqing can really cause such a great difference, to the point of not having gains at all? If so what lube is the best for jelqing?

B) Red spots should appear a lot when PEing? Because since I started I got red spots only one time, and it was the day I started in. That might mean I’m not working good enough?

I use lubriderm skin therapy, it does look a little bigger after a PE session but im not sure, i havent accurately measured but i couldnt have gotten more than 1/4-1/2 inch gains in length and no more than 1/4 gains in width. I do sometimes get red spots on my dick when doing pe, actually i have some at the moment, they’re on the head right at the tip. I’ve had red spots maybe 1 or 2 other times…what i really need are the exercises that r popular and seem to work very well, im having trouble trying to make sense of the ones just scattered on this board.
