Hi, I was wondering what is the best exercise to increase your girth. I have been peing for nearly 4 months, and have jelqed for the first 2. The main reason why I gave up on jelqing was that it was hard for me to maintain an erection, and jelqing sessions would last way too long.

Also, at what erection% were you jelqing at?
What exactly has/have been your routine(s)?

Clamping in my opinion. But add Ulis, horses and some jelqing for optimal results.

By “maintain an erection”, do you mean a full blown boner? If so — and I am sure you read this before — that is not recommended.

What is recommended is a 50-70% “erection”; sort of “fluffed”.

Did you Jelq with porn on (or ready-to-go for when your “fullness” wanes)? In a distraction-free environement? Those are keys to having that good “fluff”…

Sorry for the late reply. Computer wasn’t working too well. I think I got a virus from downloading some porn. Yea I do jelq with porn on, but I concentrate so much on my penis that I don’t pay any attention to the porn. So lately, I’ve just been doing lots of manual stretching (v-stretch, jai stretch…etc), and not focusing too much on jelqing. But jelqing has improved my girth in the first two months. I went from 4.5” (yea I know, I’m tiny) to 4.8”. But it takes so much time, and I am going to work, attending school, and maintaining a relationship, so its been very hard. Thanks for all the advice guys.

Well if you were to continue to see results like you have then in a year you would have gained 1.8 inches and be 6.3 inches. So your results are pretty good. I would stick with waht you got going the first two months until the groth stops or goes way to slow.

Clamping has helped me with my girth. In the one month I have be clamping I have gained about .5 inches in girth and it’s more even.
