Hey biggerjohnson, they are not very expensive and they are not $26 dollars here in the USA, you can get a inexpensive pack of 3 silicon rings of different sizes for under $10, they come in a variety of colors. Start with those, and if you like them, then get the good quality metal ones, but you will have to pay for those, not cheap.

When you do go to a local shop be true to your self and don’t select one that is to large. (my first mistake). get one that is realistic to your size.
