So I just started working from home. I’m really, really busy these days and have found it difficult to keep a routine going, but I’m thinking I might be able to get away with using an extender or hanging or something now that I don’t have to answer to anyone and can go for a little while longer than usual. Are those basically the two options, or are there any others I might want to look into?

I’m trying to gain 1” in both length and girth. Length generally comes more easily for me. I’ve exhausted my newbie gains years ago and mostly done manual exercises with a bit of pumping more recently with not much luck.

Apologies if this doesn’t belong in the basics thread— I know this stuff isn’t for newbies, but it does seem like a basic question!

I’m leaning towards trying ADS but want to make sure I’m not missing another option. Also, I want to make sure whatever I pick will help with girth since that’s harder to come by for me.

Actually, finally read through one of the more popular threads on here about ADS and people are calling BS on it. Argh, back to the drawing board.

I wouldn’t discount an ADS. Everyone responds differently. I personally think long term ADS can work, with dedicated effort. I think the 1000 hour rule is a target before discarding. The problem is finding the ADS device that best suits you.

Ok, I used for some time daytime ADS (I used a proextender but any cheapo will do, there are very good DIY here like the Darknight), then night time I would wear a sheath (penis extension) thick walled so it would not collapse, which had a hole not tight enough to reduce blood flow, yet not too loose that it would let my willy retract. In my case the fantasy X-tensions Mega 2” did the trick. It has 1cm thick walls and barely a bit lenghtier than my dick. I would put it at max erection, then let it soften and sleep with it on. It was not super pull, but held it longer than usual for “repair time”. I think it fastened my gains. However the silicone traction did micro-bruises on my skin so maybe talc powder or something could work better for you.

Note that this sort of sheath is way too big to have it under your pants on a daily basis. That’s why I only used it during bedtime.

Fair enough. 1000 hours does seem like a substantial investment just to try it out though, so I definitely want to make sure I’m doing what I can to maximize my chances of success (I don’t want to put in 500 hours only to realize that some cadence plus heat makes things much better for instance).

I’m back from a very long PE break and catching up on all these threads talking about using ultrasound and other techniques that haven’t been on my radar, and to be honest I wonder if I should just spring for something like that instead, or at the very least try to incorporate some of the lessons there into a passive routine.

Good to know. I’ll look up the proextender, thanks! I’m scared to try DIY on anything that involves pulling on my dick haha. So ADS gave you some gains or was it supplemented with manual exercises?

Also, I’m not exactly clear on how the X-tensions sheath works here. Is this a common night regimen when going with ADS? Would something like a cock ring work for this instead?

My personal opinion and experience is hanging 1-2 lbs from your D with a vacuum hanger for 4 hours a day or longer is the best thing for growth.

I’ve gotten the best results after starting this just focusing on hanging one pound for at minimum 4 hours a day. Usually taking 2 days off. I haven’t measured yet but I know my erect length is longer because I can see it and my girlfriend reminds me all the time. She’s constantly saying how my D is growing.

Thanks, I’ll look into that too. A little nervous about possible blistering with this. Did you DIY or use a particular brand?

I personally don’t feel any irritation or blistering hanging only 1lb for even up to 10 hours. The only time I blister is if I don’t use tape and try to go above 3 lbs then I will. I don’t use any tape with only a 1lb though and I’m fine.
