Best Passive PE exercises?
So I just started working from home. I’m really, really busy these days and have found it difficult to keep a routine going, but I’m thinking I might be able to get away with using an extender or hanging or something now that I don’t have to answer to anyone and can go for a little while longer than usual. Are those basically the two options, or are there any others I might want to look into?
I’m trying to gain 1” in both length and girth. Length generally comes more easily for me. I’ve exhausted my newbie gains years ago and mostly done manual exercises with a bit of pumping more recently with not much luck.
Apologies if this doesn’t belong in the basics thread— I know this stuff isn’t for newbies, but it does seem like a basic question!
