Which routine do you think is better?

30mins jelqing one day
30mins manual stretching the next

Or

15mins stretching followed by 15mins jelqing everyday

Comments would be much appreciated.

Depends on the results you want and what kind of jelqing you do I think. For overall gains, I would have to say the latter of the three.

There were only two options.

You should be doing at least some manual stretching everyday, even as a newbie. Just not as much as some of the veterans. You should do that jelqing routine 2 or 3 days on the 1 day off. After you get a couple of months under your belt, come see me and I’ll set you up a good routine that will work in some more advanced techniques.

Yeah, XL. After reading the opening post about a dozen times I think I now understand…lol. Reading comprehension is low when you lack sleep. I agree with XL on the stretching at least a little every day. Of course now that I have discredited myself with that brilliant first post it really doesn’t matter what I say now.
