Best Stretching Routine for Newbie with Low LOT
I’ve experimented with PE off and on for about a year, never jelqing for more than a month at a time after I get freaked out from what is probably thrombosed veins. I want to start a pretty conservative routine soon, as soon as the pimple on the middle of my shaft goes away, and was wondering which stretches I should do as a beginner to stretch the tunica rather than the ligaments being that my LOT is low.
