LOT and Newbie routine

Do you measure LOT with the total loss of head tugback? Because at 7:00 I see very little movement just on the base; if so my LOT is at 6:00. What does this mean? Am I cursed by the gods?

What kind of exercise is recommended for maximum gain, and with my LOT, ideally, how long should I see results? I’ve tried typing the keywords “LOT 6:00” and nothing appeared! I just read all the newbie member info, and some of the threads, haven’t started with any PE yet at all, and it seem that everyone has at least a LOT at 9:00??

I was confused with the LOT theory too, you might not get to many replies from this thread, because the LOT theory has been discussed so many times, but here goes..

The LOT stands for Loss Of Tug, you probably know that though.

How to find out your LOT, well grab your penis under the glans, foreskin backwards or forwards it doesn’t really matter, then pull straight out not too hard but a decent amount of tug, now holding that grip tight, point your penis towards the roof, straight up, this is 12, make a kegel, this is when you squeeze your PC muscle, if you don’t know what these things are do a search on the forum. Now do you feel any tugback at 12? I’m guessing you do, quite a strong one at that, now go from 12 to 6 but SLOWLY and make sure you go on the right side don’t rotate left, just rotate your penis right and down to 6, make sure you kegel all the way down but VERY SLOWLY.

When you feel a CHANGE in tugback, no matter how small, as long as there is a change, that is the number you want to note, then round it off to the highest number, for instance if it changes between 9 and 8 call it 9.

This is how I do it anyway after much discussing with the man who came up with the theory.

If you have a LOT of 6, I think you are better of fulcrum hanging or OTS or SU. Lower the LOT then you are better off hanging at higher angles, if I’m not totally incorrect that is, I’m sure some others will give thier point of views, so sit tight.

Maybe you should just do the Newbie routine and ignore the LOT altogether. Just a thought.

So the change in tug, even if I still see a tugback, is my LOT? Then, my LOT is at 9:00. Unlike at 6:00 which shows really no tugback, this is high, which means greater gain?

Since you are admittedly unsure, my LOT at 6:00, will give me no gain no matter how long I do PE??

Thanks, actually that is my second question, how long should a newbie perform the newbie routine before he switches to another program?

I wouldn’t say that it wouldn’t give you any gains. There is a lot of talk about LOT theory being wrong. People think you could gain no matter what your LOT, and I don’t think the LOT theory suggests that you cannot gain anything no matter what the LOT just that it’s harder to gain at some LOT levels. I was the same I have no tugback at 6, but it changes at 9 and a bit higher. So if yours changes the same, you should try hanging BTC if you want to hang that is.

It pulls that inner penis out.

What about your penis how does it exit your body in relation to the lines of your groin, higher lower or middle?

I want to hang and get more girth, is that what you mean?

I’m sorry mate I don’t get the question, what lines? How do I examine to get this?

ephraimism - Bib’s LOT theory was for hangers, men who hang weights from their penises. It attempted to predict which direction of hanging would be more beneficial based on an erroneous assumption about penile anatomy. It was tested extensively and shown not to be predictive of anything. Besides, it was for hangers.

The LOT theory can safely be ignored by all new members. It won’t help you get gains with jelqing or stretching or even with hanging.
