Best time to work it

I am wondering if people have tested different times to do their PE work. Everyone is different but I am sure there are better times for different people and perhaps this will correlate with others experiences.

For example, are you better of pumping at night so your body has the whole focus on healing…?
Or stretching in the morning to level out during the day?

I’ve found the best time is when I have adequate time. The best workouts are when I have the proper time to pay attention to detail. In addition, if you can pick the same time each day to get your body the time it needs to heal (grow).

I like the mornings, I have alone time to do my exercise and I get to feel the fullness all day.

I’m a morning guy too. Can focus better. And it’s a nice routine to start doing something for my ego as first thing of the day.
Then followed by a nice 60-90 minutes workout for physical fitness. The other way round it does not work for me - I tend to have a “hard flaccid” after sports.

The evening is more for the pleasurable part of life.
PE needs a healing/restoration time, so sex in any form is “forbidden” for the roughly said 6 following hours.

Not how I started out but have since designed my routine to be stretching immediately after my morning workout and pumping right before going to bed.

I can typically only jelq in the morning during my getting ready for work routine but I do my stretching (in roughly five 2-3 minute sets) through the day during bathroom breaks (cause it’s usually the only time I can) - so my unit is often worked to some degree all thru the day. Those times when I’ve had to move parts of my program around, seem not to affect outsomes whatsoever (and I theorize that the random change-ups help throw my body off of getting acclimated to the changes I’m constantly attempting to make it undergo). Put my name in the morning column also, not only for PE, but any kind of exercise.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Time of day isn’t important to me; I have to fit it in when I can.

But I do find I don’t get the best expansion if I do PE soon after eating, so I prefer to do it before meals.

I hadn’t made the connection but see it in my own experience now you put it into words. Like exercise (where you’d turtle due to redistribution of the body’s blood supply), digestion hogs the body’s blood supply too which by default must take it away from our units, hindering expansion, etc. - obvious in retrospect but great observation.

I have to get it in when I can. But I’d be surprised to find anytime was more optimal than early in the day. HGH and test are at their highest in the morning. You are more focused and fresh.

I do my PE workouts throughout the day. I am lucky enough where I have enough time to work my penis while on the clock at work. Then after work I do some more. Then after practice and b4 bed I work it out some more. I think I work at it about 1.5 hrs on workout days.

That sounds pretty logical to me. The digestive process needs quite a lot if blood available for transportation. I’d say it’s like the recommendation we got from our parents regarding swimming: wait two hours before going for it.

I’ve tried finding a regular schedule for PE or routine but every time something interrupts my routine and I end up having to just do it when I can.
