Best way to continue PE whilst resting between PE sessions:
I seem to notice how some do not take advantage of further PE gains on their rest days between PE,
There is a technique I know off a while back and have been using it and it is not particularly strenuous at all, the only strenuous part I suppose is watching the clock. What it entails is applying alternating heat and ice cold compress to your penis, balls and surrounding area. Start off with a warm compress (the same PE hot towel warm up method, but not too warm/hot to start with) for five minutes, Then apply cold compress (ice cubes in thin plastic bag) is ideal) for five minutes. Switch over to hot but slightly warmer (5 mins) and back and forth, increasing the heat intensity. It is often the case when anyone has a hot bath or shower, the water feels too hot at first but feels cooler the longer the bath/shower-time is hence the reason to ramp up the heat each alternating compress.

Do this for 1/2 to 3/4 hour (recommended)
