Best Way to Warm Up

I have a hard time doing manual stretches and jelqing and cylinder pumping consistently because i can never be motivated to use a hot/warm wet hand towel to let penis sit in for 10 minutes and have to keep wetting the towel every 2 minutes or so once it cools down. is there a better way, i just found someone suggest on another thread saying they use a Hair dryer on low setting. Don’t know if that is too intense and kind of seems like still might take some time to get penis warmed up and stretchy and in a quicker less complicated manner. Thanks

I’ve been using the sock filled with rice and heated in micro waves since I started, it’s simple, quick and keeps the heat well for as long as it takes. Otherwise you have to use some electric heating pads.

I’ve started using my Bathmate as a warmup to wearing an extender. At first I didn’t like the idea, because I wanted to keep that pump rather than stretching it out. But it really works. I’d guess I’m getting an extra 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch when strapping in.

I use a cheap heating pad. I really need an upgrade.

you have to tie a knot in the sock so the rice doesn’t spill out and wrap the sock around the penis. Don’t put your penis in the rice sock you risk getting burnt because the rice gets hot.
