Bib style 3D print mod for Jes Extender?

Hi,

I have had a Bib hanger for years and is pretty comfortable with it (though not used it as much as I should.. But I’m trying to give it a go again).
I’ve received an Jes extender recently for combining hanging and ADS.

I’m uncut and my glans is rather small (or you can say shaft is proportional big).
So my problem is that I’m slipping out of the Jes noose all the time.. And no way I can get the strap working..

Anybody seen a Bib style mod for the Jes extender (or any other extender).
What I’m looking for is a 3d printed mod with a screw strapping device going toe-out which works great for me with the Bib hanger.
Like a top and bottom joined together with screws and of course padded nicely for comfort.
Since the Jes strap-on attachment system (like other extenders) is pretty simple .. Like it’s just two rods fit into a strap-on tubes.. It should be pretty doable.
Also, I have ideas about being able to initially adjust the strap-on device so I don’t need to tighten the device when applying (my ideas is using two bolts from the top which can push towards the rods of the device).

I have the means to draw this myself.. But I would rather just find an existing (and possible mod that). Anybody seen/found something I should take a look at.
Drawing something like this takes time.. And several prints to get it right.

Also, any ideas and thoughts?
Is this a dangerous project? The Bib hanger tension is close to unlimited since it’s iron bolts.. Jes noose is silicon so even though you can tighten pretty hard, there’s a limit.
Ideas about matching the “insulation” material of the Bib hanger.. I’m thinking foam tape or the like?

I’ve already searched the internet.. But maybe I’ve missed it (even though I know my “search-foo-skills” is pretty high)

FWIW my glans corona was too slippery for many hours in a noose for years but over time with a lot of persistence and years, my glans ring toughened up enough so I can literally go 4+ hours in a noose now. Also it helps to massage your glans so the foreskin can stay retracted all day, builds up glans skin.

You’d need an extender with enough space between the rods to accomodate the bulk of the hanger. Most hangers are pretty bulky.

Despite that, I could swear I saw something like that once; one of the threaded-rod extenders and one of the small Bib knockoffs. Danged if I can remember where, though.

Bib told me the “gel” padding is PVC.

That was Malehanger and the Apex.

So couple of random ideas for you sir. I am high time with extenders, 14 years running now, and know a lot about them. One of the earliest things I did was toss out clear silicone noose cords they give you with extender kits in favor of Carr McMaster rishon rubber cords. I have a post here somewhere iwth the model number. That stuff is red rubber and it is perfect for noose material. Very durable, cheap, and sticky.

Next, I have a fairly fat dick that does not easily slide into typical extenders. I made do with normal size extenders for many years by shoving my dick into them but recently came across a design for an extra wide one from another user here that I had 3D printed and absolutely love. You use the same rods and springs but you need a new cradle to fit the extra wide base. I made mine in a few hours out of jb weld 5 minute epoxy.
