Today after finishing my stretching routine ( I use vacuum cap ) I got black dots on my penis. I get the usual red dots but now I also got a couple of black larger ones. Has anyone else got this and do they go away?
sounds like small bruises maybe. Did you have red spots on your penis before this recent pump? Maybe those spots got worse and turned into bruises? Are they on your glans?

Yea that’s what I thought too. I had red dots in those exact same spots but I waited 3 days until they completely went away for my next session. They are on on upper part of the skin. Since I’m not uncut when I use vaccum there is a lot of pressure on my foreskin and I get a lot of edema there. And the dots are on that part of the skin that gets filled with edema. So maybe the solution is to use the glans cap over my foreskin.
Those are normal bruises that come form tiny little blood vessels breaking up. Nothing to worry about. Give them some time to heal, and eventually your skin will get stronger to resist vacuum or pressure.

You are correct. Today they are purple/redish so they are definitely bruises. Thanks for the reply!
