BONE-PRESS vs. NON-BONE-PRESS
I want to know how hard are we pressing when measuring? When i measure there’s like only a quarter inch difference for me between bp and nbp. I believe it’s more accurate for me to go NBP because I measure pretty often and know where to start the ruler. Is the BP only for those with like more than 20 percent body fat? When I’m trying to measure Bone-press there’s more of discrepancy b/t accurate measures for me because I don’t no how hard i should PRESS. Maybe I’m pressing in the wrong location. Should I be pressing on the side, on top, slightly on the side, I don’t know.
Also what’s the most accurate ruler? I use a regular industrial Stanely retractable measuring tape -why not, it stays nice and straight. And when measuring girth i just take out a shoelace and mark where it ends then hold it up against the ruler. Is this okay?
