Anyone have any thoughts on underwear choice while PEing? Any advantage to wearing one or the other while going through the process? Disadvantages?

Well, I don’t know but I personally think briefs is what caused my curvature and it makes sense. When you are first going through puberty you have erections frequently and with briefs it is constricted and if you’re hung it will usually rap in or to the side, up, you get the idea.
Needless to say I no longer wear them, ever.
Since I wear baggy pants and am living in a desert environment I have been going commando, I think that has helped with flacid and nut hang
