BPFSL trailing BPEL

BPFSL trailing BPEL

My BPFSL is 6.5 while my BPEL is 7 inches. I have read some stuff, and I was wondering if I was right in my thinking. Does this mean I need to work on tunica stretches like the v-stretch? Will ligament stretching still benefit me?


Starting Stats (10.7.08): 7.0 BPEL x 6.0 EG

Goals by 2010: 8.5 BPEL x 6.25, with a NBP of over 8.
