Bpsfl Greater Or Less Than Bpel

Has anyone looked at exercise response differences between people with stretchy or not stretchy flaccid dicks?

I am always amazed when I see stretched flaccid measurements that are an inch longer than Bpel. It seems as if there are 2 groups. I’m in 1 group that really can’t get a Bpsfl to measure up to Bpel. The other group obviously can.

I think I am less encouraged since I can’t see potential length while stretching.

I wonder if overall the gains of one group out does the other or if there is no association.

If the stretchy group does better, how can you make your penis stretchy first then add on? I have tried to do as much of my manual stretching as possible with a heated rice bag. Hope it’s somewhat helpful.
