So I have done the manual stretching but then I bought a penis extender, hated it absolutely hated it and just want to go to a better route. Now I have searched it on the forum can’t really find it or I am perhaps blind when searching. But how many have seen huge results from BTC stretching. I want to at least be able to get to 6/7 inches but I am not sure if that is doable with 4 inches currently and just with BTC stretching?

So if anyone can give me their results or anything or perhaps more tips I would be glad.

Please don’t redirect me to the newbie gain things haha, since I done that but I guess I got so distracted using the penis extender afterwards (and hated it) that I just stopped stretching all together.

Between the cheeks is a great stretch for the ligs particularly if you’ve never done it before as part of a workout. But if you haven’t done it before make sure you do some stretching in other directions first to warm up as it is quite an intense stretch. What was it about an extender that put you off? Just out of curiosity

Honestly the constant pain. I even had a comfortable thing. And I just tried wrapped the silcone with socks to reduce it. But it was just tearing me apart and felt really uncomfortable wearing it. It was a Penis Pro Extender probably a knock off from Jes Extender. But I prefer stretching it seems safer and I can keep my penis in check while I suffer from pain. Everything I used it and even without the straps too tight It just felt like my foreskin that I pulled back was tearing apart.

But yeah I will try BTC for an hour every night before bed. Hopefully my hands won’t keep cramping :P

How long have you been stretching for?, I found after completing the newbie routine and starting my own stretch routine my skin was sufficiently conditioned to wear the extender for around 3 hours (with intervals to regain circulation) Without my skin hurting too much. I’ve got a cheap extender with silicone noose and it hurt at first but you can’t extend too far beyond the “sweet spot” otherwise the skin stretches rather than the muscle and hurts. I use my extender prior to my stretch routine and find it makes my dick supple and more flexible and find my workout seems better. Don’t abandon your extender yet its probably a case of getting the right length and comfort zone.

Been doing BTC for a long time. Usually over night while I’m sleeping. Have yet to buy an extender but I have a feeling it will be soon.

I find an extender is quite handy for before a stretching session to make penis supple and “warmed up” and also after a session to avoid turtling and keeping in an elongated state.

Have you got a routine or started the newbie routine? Are you aiming for length, girth or both?
How conditioned is my penis to manual exercises? Which exercises do I need/will most benefit from to achieve my target?

These are questions to ask yourself before making a target and routine to achieve the target.
Doing say purely BTC stretches for X hours a day every now and again is going to do less than a varied routine with exercises based on a target performed on a regular schedule.
