BTC Stretch pop?
Hello guys, I’m coming back after a looong break. I used to do PE last year, didn’t do it for long though, maybe 3-4 months and I noticed small to no gains then I had to stop because stuff happened in my life and I just stopped it alltogether.
Basically I got back into PE some weeks ago and I’m starting again with the newbie routine, but the twist here is that I tried to do BTC instead of the standard down/side/up stretch and I heard TWO small pops one after the other in a very short period of time.
Is this a serious issue? I didn’t feel anything when it happened, it just made me worry.
