Improving the BTC Stretch

Recently, I have noticed that I do not feel as much of a stretch in the ligaments as I did in the past with the BTC stretch. I searched through the forum and found a couple of improvements people have made or stretches that they have invented, but I can’t try all of them without having to spend a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately, my flaccid penis length is not long enough for me to grab it from right behind my buttocks like in the instructional video, so I am forced to grab from an angle which forces me into a slight squat. Personally, I have tried using both hands with limited success, and squeezing my legs together makes it feel like I’m crushing my testicles. Do you guys know of any improvements to the BTC stretch that make it much more effective at putting tension on the ligaments?

Man I’m curious about the answers,I have a small flaccid too,for me it’s really hard to pull my penis from behind my buttocks without doing some kind of squat,and it really hurts my balls when i close the legs together too ..

I have found a better position that allows me to stretch the ligaments really well, except I’m literally bent over with my legs straight and thighs squeezed together, with my balls sort of behind my thighs. I really wish I could do this with my back straight.

I’ve been doing a lot of these lately. I start out in a squat position; get a good grip; push my balls out of the way; and then stand up. With a good comfortable grip, I can lever my hand against the coccyx, which allows me to keep a very good stretch going without a whole lot of effort. Going up and down from the squatting position also results in an easy and seemingly very effective stretch. Everyone is built different, though, and I don’t know how easy this would be for anyone else.

I have finally figured out how to put more tension on the ligaments. Basically, you place your feet up on something high, grab your penis from under your thigh, stretch it between your testicles and bring your leg back down slowly. While keeping both those tight together, you push your hips out while maintaining the stretch. Obviously, I’m not the first to figure this out, but I’m just explaining what worked for me personally. Oh, and you find that you will rotate your wrist a little when bringing your leg back down.

Try taking your penis around the balls instead of between them. That way they can stay in front and won’t get squished.
