Improving the BTC Stretch
Recently, I have noticed that I do not feel as much of a stretch in the ligaments as I did in the past with the BTC stretch. I searched through the forum and found a couple of improvements people have made or stretches that they have invented, but I can’t try all of them without having to spend a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately, my flaccid penis length is not long enough for me to grab it from right behind my buttocks like in the instructional video, so I am forced to grab from an angle which forces me into a slight squat. Personally, I have tried using both hands with limited success, and squeezing my legs together makes it feel like I’m crushing my testicles. Do you guys know of any improvements to the BTC stretch that make it much more effective at putting tension on the ligaments?
