Will BTC stretch alone give me gains?
Ok guys ill try not make a fool of myself with my first post. So I just started doing PE seriously about three weeks ago. I’ve been doing the newbie routine since then. So the thing is that I suck at doing jelqs. I just end up getting a full boner. When I do stretches by just puling like straight out I don’t feel a good stretch or anything. But I started doing the BTC stretch after the first week. With the BTC I can really feel the stretch. So my question is since I suck at doing jelqs, would I still get gains from doing just BTC manual stretching?
I know three weeks is too short to expect gains. But I don’t want to wast time doing something that won’t work. I’m dedicated to PE so I know I’ll make gains eventually. My starting stats are, erect length of 6 inches non-bone press, and erect girth of 5.5. I’m really thankful for being at least average in length and what I think is significantly above average girth. So you won’t find me complaining about wanting more when I reach my goal of 7×6. Really I would be happy with just the added length. Thank you guys for any help.
