BTC Stretch Vs Hanging
Hi Guys!
When manual stretching, is it needed to stretch all directions or can you only do BTC?
When you do hanging, most of the time you hang downwards is it? Or do you hang in more directions?
Then whats the big difference of getting gains.
I’ve get the best ‘stretch feeling’ while stretching BTC and I can do it for long time. I can also do a hard pull.
