Stretch stretch stretch. How about squash
Being girth-deficient since the beginning of time, I’ve been doing this recently to build girth, along with some pumping. It’s been working quite well: I’m recently measuring 5” circumference, I believe with the majority of girth gains attributable to this (about 3/4” inch of girth gain).
This is best done while between a semi-flaccid and semi-erect state (al dente :) ) . Postion a left-hand grasp on the shaft with an underhand grip (thumb over top, middle/ring/pinky fingers below and deeply into the “inner-penis bulb area in the scrotum area). Slide a right-hand OK grip to nudge up against the glans corona (rim of the glans). Gently stretch with the right hand while pumping a kegel through the shaft. Clamp with the left hand (mainly the ring finger in order to reach deeply into the bulb area). Release pressure of both grips and retract. Repeat a few times to a somewhat plumped stage.
Once plumped, again clamp with the left hand, but this time, use the palm of the right hand to push back from the tip of the glans. Push back (squash) in a manner that keeps the shaft straightly aligned. Hold this for several seconds, and release.
Do a simple and normal stretch with a kegel a couple of times. Repeat the entire process to do another rep.
Carefully avoid overdoing this. At first, start with no more than maybe four reps at one given time. It’s more intense than you might think. Work it in slowly with your other routines. And you’re a fool if you’re not always watching your dick when doing any kind of PE.
