Buck's fascia

So the fascia is the muscular wrap that limits growth, gives the penis, its direction and causes contraction. The fascia and inner fascia is the enemy of body builders and PE’rs alike. How can we thin or loosen the fascia?

Can I control the fascia like meditate it to relax because I think the whole stiff penis thread for the most part is the fascias overreacting and strangling our penis’s.

Ummm, not really.

The fascia is a web like substance that surrounds EVERYTHING in our bodies. From our pointy little heads (on top of the shoulders) to the bottoms of our flat little feet.

If fascia gets constricted in an area it can cause some issues, but not “strangulation of ones penis”.

My advice to you is to do some research out on the big ole web on fascia and talk to a doctor if you seem to think its killing your dick.

I’d go along with that. Only time I see fascia problems are around tibialis anterior when someone has been overdosing ‘roids and pulling up on their pedals too hard…. (OK,slight simplification but I know sunny gets my drift.)
