Hi all,

New here. I have noticed an absence of this particular stretch (I saw it on the PE Gym site.) I was just wondering what you all’s thoughts on it are?

I have been incorporating them into my routine, but only fairly lightly. I don’t force the issue, and so far I haven’t had any pain with them.


July 2018: BPEL=6.5" MSEG=4.75" EQ=4

Dec 2018: BPEL=7.5" MSEG=5.5" EQ=6-8

Exactly, I probably wasn’t doing something right. I might revisit them at some point. Hopefully they yield some results for you, keep us posted.

I added them recently, so far it seems to help my normal stretches. I turn as far as I can, now up to 900° at the tip, then pull progressively as I progressively I release the bundle stretch. I think it’s safe this way. I use both hands to make sure all the length, including the inner penis, is equally twisted.

Always forget to do but it’s a good stretch

I am just curious why it’s not mentioned here in the official guide? This site seems to be more safety conscious (a good thing in my book), so I am wondering if that is why? Are there concerns about this stretch?

Any stretch can be dangerous. Never saw any bad story about them, maybe they’re just overlooked.

Bro your BPEL was 5.6 back in 2016 and now it is 6.6 but if I may ask whats your NBPEL measurement is like for example when you were 5.6 BPEL what was your NBPEL?

And what size is your current NBPEL now after you have increased your dick BPEL to 6.6?

Sorry for asking such questions and especially on a thread which is not mine but I want to know the curiosity is killing me.

My NBP is now around 15.2cm when I sit or lay down, when it was a bit below 13cm in general, before PEing. Those two years I focused on tunica stretching, not ligaments, and my weight is stable so when erect the BP difference is still around 1.5cm, when I sit or lay down.

what are were the tunica streches?

I mean I could use that information if you tell me what were those exrcises which targer the tunica.

Bundles are too recent for me to contribute to my results. All I can tell is that they soften the tissues nicely before vertical stretches, no idea if they will contribute to girth gains.
