I'm crap at titles...Stretch feeling has gone!

Hey hey hey there everyone, I have now been doing the newbie routine for 6 months and adding an extra 5 minutes onto the manual stretches and i have gained 0.5 inches! :D the only problem is that im still just a teeny weeny 5.5 incher.

Ok heres my problem, when i do my stretches i used to get that good stretch feeling, where I can feel the ligs being stretched, and by the way each stretch lasts for 40 secs, and i only stretch downwards forwards, downwards left and downwards right. but about about 2 weeks ago i realised that that stretch feeling has gone and can no longer feel the dull pain when i let go of the stretch.

I think I have reached the time where i need to start doing a different type of stretch. I think i should carry on with the 10 minute dry jelqing but it would be a great help if someone could advise me on what kind of different stretch i could start doing? Thanks a lot, and sorry if i’ve done some bad explaining.

Hmm, perhaps you were over doing it. When I hear the word pain I kind of cringe. Why don’t you take a week off from PE. Then resume to see what happens.

What is your EQ level are you getting good 100% erections?

Look up V-stretches or A-stretches. Basic stretching didn’t do anything for me either.

They seem to be helping me out. Also Fowfers are good.

Assuming you prefer to continue using a manual routine, take a look at this. You’ll be hitting different areas.

Hey Kingpole, when I say dull pain, its not really like a literall pain, its a dull feeling where it feels like I have done a good stretch (but like I said that dull feeling has gone now). I might be overdoing it but I don’t think I am because when i have done the stretching my flaccid is a bit bigger and i’m sure that most of my gains have come from stretching. With my EQ, if I had to rate it out of 10 I would say 9. I just have just one question aswell, you know when you have done a good stretch, how do you notice that it was good? do you feel any kind of dull pain what so ever or do you just feeling nothing? Thanks dude.
