I'm crap at titles...Stretch feeling has gone!
Hey hey hey there everyone, I have now been doing the newbie routine for 6 months and adding an extra 5 minutes onto the manual stretches and i have gained 0.5 inches! :D the only problem is that im still just a teeny weeny 5.5 incher.
Ok heres my problem, when i do my stretches i used to get that good stretch feeling, where I can feel the ligs being stretched, and by the way each stretch lasts for 40 secs, and i only stretch downwards forwards, downwards left and downwards right. but about about 2 weeks ago i realised that that stretch feeling has gone and can no longer feel the dull pain when i let go of the stretch.
I think I have reached the time where i need to start doing a different type of stretch. I think i should carry on with the 10 minute dry jelqing but it would be a great help if someone could advise me on what kind of different stretch i could start doing?
