I seriously doubt it. I have used one for more than 10 years to help with my ED and I didn’t have any gains until I started PE

I don’t think it applies enough pressure to result in any appreciable growth. Clamping would be the ticket if you wanted to use that type of approach. Just keep in mind that clamping is arguably the most likely exercise to injure you if you aren’t careful.

I would say yes if it could be adjusted after you put it on your cock. If you can get it so snug that that it almost cut you off then it would be somewhat similar to clamping.

Probably. What’s nice about using a cable clamp over a tight cock ring is the ability to adjust tension on the fly. In general, I get hard with the clamp on the loosest setting and ratchet it down one notch at a time to restrict the blood from escaping. I also loosen the clamp to let in fresh blood every so often. You just wouldn’t have that sort of control with a cock ring.
