Can a hot shower be a substitute to a hot wrap?

Just wondering if both were similar; if not I better start using hot wraps instead.

You can shower to warm up your unit, so yes.

Sure, but it’s bit cumbersome for starting off. I use an electric heating pad. I used to use actual hot wraps, then I tried hot showers. Why using an electric heating pad for the go-to warm up (and warm down) wrap around here is beyond me (now that I’ve switched over to it)…

I’m for the heating pad as we’ll. I got one that has a towelette you can moisten with water for the moist heat effect. I use mine at least 5 minutes prior to PE and after.

I just fire up the heating pad, wait to feel some heat and then let keep it in place between my legs and crotch for 10 minutes. I do the same thing on the cool down. I usually wear underwear only so that I have as clos to direct contact as possible without getting crotch all over the thing.

I use a heating pad as well. I started out using a wrung-out hand towel, but I didn’t like having to constantly re-wet the thing to keep it warm. I find the electric pad to be very convenient and easy to use.

Hot shower is good enough.
