Can certain exercise shrink your penis

I was wondering. Eg. Sit ups and crunches ?

If anything, regular physical exercise would act to increase or at least improve the performance of your penis as the exercise would improve overall blood flow throughout your body.

Perhaps what you are thinking of is a decease in your flaccid size while exercising and this occurs as your body directs blood to areas where it is needed, namely your muscles and away from areas where it is not needed, namely your penis.

What can temporarily decrease the size of your penis is going overboard with PE exercises to the point of causing visible physical damage. Traumatized tissue tends to shrink as the healing process tries to make repairs.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

As gprent mentioned, pretty much any decent workout will cause it to shrink for a bit during and immediately after. But actually making your penis smaller? No. Any exercise, especially when combined with PE, is all to the good.

I’ve heard rumors that wearing a chastity belt, one that doesn’t allow erections can cause the penis to shrink. Whether that is true or not I have no idea, but it does make sense. Normally “newbie gains” are attributed to getting your penis in shape, well if you made it impossible for the penis or pelvic muscles(PC,BC,IC, etc.) to get any “exercise” it would make sense that you could do reverse PE.

Aren’t those medieval devices? I googled chastity belt and they look horrible, only rapers must use them!

(In my humble opinion” girth gains tend to make length gains more difficult. Greater girth gains make length “appear” shorter. As for any exercise physically making your erect size smaller, I believe that my focus on girth gains have hampered my quest for length, but that is just my personal experience. Thankfully, both me and my wife agree that girth is more pleasing than length. Chics DO NOT like being hit in the ovaries!
