Exercise to gain the base of the penis help

I would like an exercise to increase the circumference of the base of the penis, because in my case I have the top and glans thicker than the base. I looked for something specific forum, but not found.

I have a month of experience with Jelq.

Some people say that reverse jelqs help with base girth gain. Personally I have no experience with exercises that are designed to target the base of the penis, but I do believe that using the search option can help.

I would like to know as well, because I feel like wet jelqs are great but the pressure is greatest as you go from mid-shaft to the head. The base of my penis has grown a little, I feel, but not at the same rate as the mid-shaft to head area.

We call this phenomenon the baseball bat shape. It usually (but not always) is caused by starting the grip further up the shaft, as opposed to right at the base. It happens from clamping and pumping as well apparently.

That problem is known as so-called the baseball bat effect. So, you can search info using this term.

In short, I have the similar problem.

One of the partial solutions is very moderate pumping. Though pumping itself and alone is not very productive for permanent gains, it helps to level out the form of the dick quite well.

Stretches also help. Mainly because they help to pull out the inner penis which usually is much thicker. That’s my case as well. I managed to pull out roughly 0,5” of the inner penis. Ideally, it’s much better to get out 1-1,5” of the inner part of the penis to have a fatter base. Hanging is the best tool for that, and besides it levels the whole shaft.

Basically, you have 2 options:

1. Stretch and jelq 6-12 months, then incorporate pumping in your routine. That will mitigate the baseball bat in several months.

2. Stretch and jelq 2-3 months, then you will get conditioned to hanging. Hanging will work for length, girth, and especially base girth. But not all PEers practice hanging, cause some find it quite unpleasant and scary.

Thank you for your responses, Cat and Cummer. I try to start my grip as close to the base as possible and have been working on that for a couple weeks. I will see if there is any difference.

I too have a problem similar to this, but it is the Middle of my shaft, that is the skinniest. *Exasperated sigh* I would like to incorporate a hanging routine, but am afraid that the device I bought, (captains wench) would Drastically dramatize this.

I wonder if Uli stretch would be appropriate, but I am just a beginner and do want to avoid injury.

Also, my penis is very skinny, *head in palm* and was too skinny for most pumps, and I cannot afford a Real Pump, Any suggestions for a suitable alternative. Thanks

Hi louielouie and welcome to the forum.

As far as Uli stretches are concerned, do not even attempt them seriously until you condition your penis. It’s one of the more dangerous exercises. I would not recommend them until you feel very comfortable with what you are doing to your penis with the newbie routine.

Also, concerning any information you need on pumping, I would run it through gprent before making any decision. He’s one of the more respected members in the pumpers forum and I am sure that he would be more then happy to help you out. If you have any questions regarding pumping, you can post them in the newbie section and I can move the thread to the pumpers forum for you. But, before resulting to posting new questions, maybe the search tool can help you out with further reading?

I’m pretty sure that you can find a size that can fit your needs somewhere.
