In short, I have the similar problem.
One of the partial solutions is very moderate pumping. Though pumping itself and alone is not very productive for permanent gains, it helps to level out the form of the dick quite well.
Stretches also help. Mainly because they help to pull out the inner penis which usually is much thicker. That’s my case as well. I managed to pull out roughly 0,5” of the inner penis. Ideally, it’s much better to get out 1-1,5” of the inner part of the penis to have a fatter base. Hanging is the best tool for that, and besides it levels the whole shaft.
Basically, you have 2 options:
1. Stretch and jelq 6-12 months, then incorporate pumping in your routine. That will mitigate the baseball bat in several months.
2. Stretch and jelq 2-3 months, then you will get conditioned to hanging. Hanging will work for length, girth, and especially base girth. But not all PEers practice hanging, cause some find it quite unpleasant and scary.
